Development of Dynamic Control System of BOF With Laser Gas Analyser

Abstract

A new BOF dynamic control system was developed with laser gas analyer. The system has less investment, less trouble, better performance and shorter delay time than that with mass spectrometer. The dynamic control model of BOF was established based on metallurgical kinetic theory. The results proved that hit rate of ［C］ is 80.9% with error less than ±0.02% at end point.
