Abstract
The experiment was performed on superhigh basicity sintering, to find out reasonable parameters, SiO2 content and intensification measures in laboratory. The results showed, in the basicity range of 2032, the ISO tumbler index and utilization coefficient was enhanced, sintering velocity increased, yield decreased with the increase of basicity. In the range of 2028 all the indexes were increassd almost linearly, but part of indexes went downward after basicity exceeding 28, so 28 is the most reasonable basicity.With the increase of basicity, titanium magnetite and hematite content was decreased, ferrite content increased, perovskite increased a little, silicate did not greatly change, reducibility(RI) and low temperature breakdown index(RDI) were improved. Softenning and melting temperature were increased, cohesive zone and dropping zone were narrowed down improving the blast furnace permeability. At a basicity of 28, an experiment for optimizing parameters by orthogonal method was performed. The results showed that it is neccessary to increase basicity from 24 to 28 in production with 50%, SiO2 but the basic condition is to rise TFe, lower SiO2 and TiO2 in VTi magnetite concentrate.
