摘要

通过化学成分分析、金相组织分析、剥肋强度试验及维氏硬度试验对余热处理钢筋的特征进行探讨。对余热处理钢筋标准修订提出几个建议:修订标准时,进一步放宽化学成分Si和Mn元素含量要求;明确对淬透层厚度均匀性的要求;对淬透层提升屈服强度应有上限要求。

Abstract

The characteristics of remained heat treatment ribbed bars was discussed by chemical test, microstructure analysis, rib peeling strength test and Vickers hardness test. Several recommendations were given for the standard revision:further relaxing the chemical composition of Si and Mn content requirements; clearing the requirements of uniformity on hardened layer thickness; giving limit requirements on hardened layer to enhance the yield strength.
