摘要

针对一批73mm×5.51mm规格的30Mn2V石油管探伤不合格的问题,通过化学成分检验、低倍检验、金相、扫描电镜及能谱等检验方法进行分析。结果表明:石油管的化学成分符合要求,但在其内外表面附近都有长条形非金属夹杂物,并且尺寸较大。由于非金属夹杂物暴露并破坏了金属的连续性,在轧制过程中产生折叠、鼓包和裂纹缺陷,导致石油管探伤不合格。

Abstract

To the problem of detection disqualification of 30Mn2V oil well pipe with 73mm×5.51mm , the causes were analyzed by chemical analysis, macroscopic test, metallographic observation, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometry .Results show that chemical composition is in accordance with the requirements of petroleum pipe; on both inside and outside surface, the large long strip inclusions are found. Because of exposure of inclusions and metal continuity damaged, the folding, bulges and cracks are formed in the rolling process result in disqualification of oil pipe.
