高温度稳定性烧结Nd-Fe-B研究进展

Research progress of High Temperatures Stable Sintered Nd-Fe-B Magnets

  • 摘要: 随着我国新能源汽车和国防军工等领域的发展,对钕铁硼磁体的温度稳定性提出了更高的要求。本文基于国内外研究进展,对钕铁硼温度稳定性研究的两个方向进行了综述,一是围绕提高钕铁硼最高使用温度的相关研究,对矫顽力、矫顽力温度系数、方形度与磁体最高使用温度内在关联进行了重点介绍;二是围绕降低钕铁硼磁体的剩磁温度系数的相关研究,就Co和重稀土对磁体温度系数和微观组织的影响机制进行了阐述。

     

    Abstract: With the development of new energy vehicles and national defense industry in China, higher requirements are put forward for the temperature stability of Nd-Fe-B. Based on the latest domestic and overseas developments, this paper summarized two directions of the temperature stability of Sintered Nd-Fe-B. One was focus on increasing the maximum operating temperature of Nd-Fe-B. The internal correlation between coercivity, coercivity temperature coefficient, squareness and the maximum service temperature was introduced. The second was focus on reducing the remanence temperature coefficient of Nd-Fe-B magnet. The influence mechanism of Co and Heavy Rare Earth on the temperature coefficient and microstructure of the magnet was described in detail.
