调节座的金属注射成形(MIM)模具设计

Design of (MIM) mould for metal injection molding of regulating seat

  • 摘要: 通过对某电器调节座零件的形状结构进行成形工艺分析,以Moldflow软件模拟仿真结果来指导金属注射成形模具设计方案中的浇口类型及位置等的改进优化,最终完成其金属注射成形模具的设计。通过实际生产验证,模具结构合理,使用该模具注射成形的产品质量符合客户要求。

     

    Abstract: The forming process of the shape and structure of a certain electrical adjustment seat component was analyzed, and Moldflow software simulation results was used to guide the improvement and optimization of the gate type and position in the design scheme of the metal injection molding mold. Finally, the design of the metal injection molding mold is completed. Through actual production verification, the mold structure is reasonable, and the product quality of injection molding using this mold meets customer′s requirements.
