Abstract:
The X-ray radiation source of the medical extracorporeal induced lithotripsy positioning device is mainly used for the inspection and positioning of urological lithotripsy surgery in medical units. The accuracy of its positioning performance plays a key role in the effectiveness of lithotripsy. Combining national and industry standards and on-site experiments, the air specific release energy rate of radiation output, the quality of radiation output, spatial resolution, low contrast resolution, the offset of radiation beam relative to the isocenter, and the minimum displacement of the positioning device are determined as the metrological performance testing indicators, and a metrological verification method is proposed. The results show that this method is scientifically feasible and highly operable, providing strong technical support and regulatory guarantee for the quality control of lithotripsy treatment equipment, filling the gap in China where there is no metrological verification technical regulatory basis for lithotripsy treatment equipment.
