气体超声流量计使用中检验方法的比较与应用

Comparison and application of inspection methods for gas ultrasonic flowmeters in use

  • 摘要: 为确保气体超声流量计计量性能稳定及贸易交接公平,降低运维成本,文章探讨标准流量计核查法、声速检验法及机器学习法三种使用中检验方法。以新疆燃气集团新化门站流量计为对象,应用前两种方法开展实例研究,通过对比分析测试数据评估方法有效性。结果显示,标准流量计核查法能有效判断流量计性能,声速检验法可通过声速相关参数评估计量性能,且两种方法在案例中均有合格表现,同时发现声速偏差超差可能与介质参数采集相关。研究表明,三种方法各有优劣,定期开展使用中检验并及时处理异常,可保障计量准确,为工业应用提供指导。

     

    Abstract: To ensure the stable metering performance of gas ultrasonic flowmeters and the fairness of trade transactions while reducing operational costs, this study investigates three in-service inspection methods: the standard flowmeter verification method, the speed of sound verification method, and the machine learning method. Taking the flowmeters at Xinjiang Gas Group's Xinhua Gate Station as the research subject, the first two methods were applied in case studies, and their effectiveness was evaluated through comparative analysis of test data. The results show that the standard flowmeter verification method can effectively assess flowmeter performance, while the speed of sound verification method evaluates metering performance through sound-speed-related parameters. Both methods demonstrated compliance in the case studies, though deviations in sound speed were found to potentially correlate with medium parameter acquisition. The study reveals that each method has its advantages and limitations. Regular in-service inspections and timely anomaly resolution can ensure measurement accuracy, providing practical guidance for industrial applications.
