Abstract: This paper discusses how to scientifically and reasonably plan verification, calibration methods, and the traceability basis of measuring instruments used by enterprises, according to their purpose of use, monitoring and control functions, and environment. According to their management nature, compulsory verification and non-compulsory are divided, and their reasonable period intervals are adjusted and determined, which not only ensures the accuracy and reliable operation of measuring instruments but also facilitates enterprises to achieve scientific management in combination actual usage needs, economy and risk.
