Abstract:
Due to the different types of equipment on the engine test bench and pressure instruments used in test measurements, there are numerous and widespread test points with measurement ranges ranging from differential pressure to high pressure of 35 MPa. Therefore, the models of pressure instruments submitted for calibration each time are different and their ranges are scattered. Moreover, the test bench must stop testing once disassembled, so calibration must be coMPleted in a short time. However, the existing pressure calibration devices can only achieve single-range calibration, and there are many areas needing optimization in the existing calibration system. These drawbacKs greatly affect calibration efficiency and ultimately hinder the progress of scientific research and production. The purpose of this paper is to carry out research on multi-channel and multi-range pressure calibration and digital construction technology, develop a set of pressure calibration devices that can cover multiple channels and ranges at one time(the basic design is 10 channels and 2 ranges), and eliminate the efficiency bottlenecKs in various linKs. After the final calibration, the instrument information and calibration results are automatically transmitted to the classified networK through the test networK, realizing the full-linK connection with the measurement equipment management system as well as fully automatic measurement and digital management. This will increase the overall measurement calibration and data management efficiency by more than 5 times, meeting the calibration needs of a large number of pressure instruments in theinstitute and the test requirements of model development.
