SPHC钢直上工艺精炼渣系优化及工业实践

Optimization and industrial practice of refining slag system for SPHC steel with direct continuous casting process

  • 摘要: 为减少氩站直上工艺生产的SPHC(Steel plate hot-rolled commercial)钢中夹杂物数量密度,本文结合热力学计算CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-5%MgO-5%FeO五元精炼渣系与SPHC钢平衡时的等氧线、硫分配比等值线、ΔC/η(■,η为渣的黏度)等值线及渣相初晶区图,并通过实验室实验与工业实验验证了优化后的精炼渣组分范围在实际应用中的适用性。优化的精炼渣成分范围:42%<w(CaO)<54%,w(SiO2)<20%,18%<w(Al2O3)<40%,碱度R>3,w(MgO)约为5%,w(FeO)约为5%。实验结果表明,精炼渣典型成分为51.3%CaO-5.4%SiO2-33.3%Al2O3-5%MgO-5%FeO,此渣系可把直上工艺生产的SPHC钢中夹杂物控制在50个/mm2左右。

     

    Abstract: To reduce the number density of inclusions in SPHC steel produced by the direct-up process after leaving the argon station,this paper combines thermodynamic calculations of the equilibrium iso-oxygen content,sulfur distribution ratio,ΔC/η diagram(■),and slag phase primary crystallization zone diagram for the CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-5%MgO-5%FeO five-component refining slag system in equilibrium with SPHC steel.Laboratory and industrial tests are conducted for verification.The optimized range of refining slag is controlled as follows:42%<w(CaO)<54%,w(SiO2)<20%,18%<w(Al2O3)<40%,basicity R>3,w(MgO)is approximately 5%,and w(FeO)is approximately 5%.The experimental results show that the typical composition of 51.3%CaO-5.4%SiO2-33.3%Al2O3-5%MgO-5%FeO slag system is suitable for producing SPHC steel by the direct-up process,which can control the inclusions in steel to around 50 inclusions/mm2.
