多种形貌ZnO介晶的制备及光催化活性

Preparation of ZnO mesocrystals of various morphologies and their photocatalytic activity

  • 摘要: 高效光催化剂是解决由有害有机染料引起的环境危机的重要材料,其形貌影响着有害有机染料的降解效率。本研究使用不同的模板剂,制备了立方体状、菜花状、棒状和球状形貌的ZnO介晶。以罗丹明B为目标染料,探究不同形貌ZnO样品的光催化活性,并通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱仪、紫外可见光谱仪等表征手段对样品的理化性质进行评价。实验结果表明,由片状结构组合而成的三维球状ZnO具有较高的孔隙率,表现出较高的催化效率,对罗丹明B的降解效率达到90%以上,提高了催化剂在降解有机染料方面的能力。

     

    Abstract: Efficient photocatalysts are an important way to solve the environmental crisis caused by harmful organic dyes,and their degradation efficiency is closely related to their morphology. In this study,different template agents were used to prepare ZnO mesocrystals with cubic,cauliflower,rod-like and spherical morphologies. Using rhodamine B as the target dye,the photocatalytic activity of different morphological ZnO samples was investigated,and the physicochemical properties of the samples were evaluated by means of X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,Fourier infrared spectroscopy,and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry.The results showed that the three-dimensional spherical ZnO composed of sheet-like structures had a higher porosity and exhibited a higher catalytic efficiency. The degradation efficiency of rhodamine B reached over90%,enhancing the ability of the catalyst to degrade organic dyes.
