Al-Si合金凝固组织细化技术的发展

Development of Technologies for Refining Solidification Structure of Al-Si Alloys

  • 摘要: Al-Si合金比强度高、铸造性能和耐热耐蚀性优异,被广泛应用于汽车、航空航天等领域。然而,高硅含量导致的粗大共晶硅相和α-Al相严重影响Al-Si合金的力学性能和加工性能。基于对Al-Si合金凝固组织精细化控制的要求,概述了晶粒细化技术的机制和化学变质剂(如Sr、P、稀土)、抗Si/Zr“毒化”的复合细化剂(如Al-TCB晶种合金)、物理场细化及快速凝固技术(半固态成形、喷射沉积)等细化Al-Si合金凝固组织技术的发展。

     

    Abstract: Al-Si alloys have high specific strength,excellent casting property and resistances to heat and corrosion,and are extensively used in the fields such as automotive and aerospace.However,the coarse eutectic silicon and α-Al phases caused by high silicon content will have serious influence on mechanical properties and fabricating characteristic of Al-Si alloys. Based on the demand for fine control of solidification structure of Al-Si alloys,the mechanism of technology for refining grain,the development of technologies for refining solidification structure of Al-Si alloys,including chemical inoculant(such as Sr,P and RE),Si/Zr poisoning-resistant composite grain refiners(such as Al-TCB seed alloy),physical field refining and rapid solidification technology(semi-solid forming,spray deposition),were outlined.
