数字钢铁全国重点实验室在“AI+轧钢”领域的应用探索

Research progress of the State Key Laboratory of Digital Steel in "AI + steel rolling"

  • 摘要: 本文分析了钢铁行业数字化发展趋势,系统梳理了数字钢铁全国重点实验室(DSL)在轧钢领域的工作。针对热轧、冷轧与热处理等工艺过程,构建了数据、机理与经验知识融合的系列高精度数字孪生模型,设计了适用于生产现场的智能优化方法并应用于国内外大型钢铁企业,显著提升了钢铁材料三维尺寸精度、组织和力学性能等质量指标。最后,展望了“AI+钢铁”的研究与应用前景。

     

    Abstract: This paper examines the evolving trends in the digital transformation of the steel industry and provides a systematic overview of the research and engineering achievements of the State Key Laboratory of Digital Steel(DSL) in the domain of steel rolling. A series of high-fidelity digital twin models integrating data, physical mechanisms and empirical domain knowledge have been developed for critical production processes, including hot rolling, cold rolling and heat treatment. Intelligent optimization methods tailored for industrial production environments have been designed and implemented in large-scale steel enterprises both domestically and internationally. These innovations have yielded significant improvements in quality metrics, particularly in three-dimensional dimensional accuracy, microstructure, and mechanical properties. Finally, the paper outlines the future research and application prospects of "AI + steel rolling".
