大型异形封头平吊翻转吊具的设计

Design of a lifting and overturning sling for large special-shaped closure head

  • 摘要: 大型异形封头在机械加工过程中需要进行多次起吊翻转作业。目前主要采用钢丝绳直接起吊或焊接吊耳的方式起吊。然而,该异形封头作为设备关键部件,质量要求极为严格,不允许在其表面打孔或焊接吊耳等进行辅助起吊。为解决此问题,设计了一种平吊翻转吊具。该吊具主要由横梁、卡箍、螺栓及卸扣等部件构成。通过将封头固定,并配合卸扣与钢丝绳,可实现平吊及翻转作业。在设计完成后,对吊具进行了强度校核及有限元分析。分析结果验证了该吊具能够在确保安全且不损伤工件的前提下,有效满足封头的平吊和翻转需求。

     

    Abstract: The large special-shaped closure head needs to be lifted and overturned many times in the process of machining. At present, it is mainly lifted by wire rope directly or by welding lifting lugs. However, as a key component in equipment, the quality requirements of the closure head are strict. Auxiliary lifting such as punching or welding lifting lugs on its surface is not allowed. In this regard, a lifting and overturning sling is designed. This sling consists of beam, hoops, bolts, shackles and so on. By fixing the closure head together with the shackles and wire ropes, the lifting and overturning operation can be realized. Through the strength check and finite element analysis of the sling, it is proved that the sling can effectively meet the needs of lifting and overturning of the closure head while ensuring safety and not damaging the workpiece.
