Abstract:
The large special-shaped closure head needs to be lifted and overturned many times in the process of machining. At present, it is mainly lifted by wire rope directly or by welding lifting lugs. However, as a key component in equipment, the quality requirements of the closure head are strict. Auxiliary lifting such as punching or welding lifting lugs on its surface is not allowed. In this regard, a lifting and overturning sling is designed. This sling consists of beam, hoops, bolts, shackles and so on. By fixing the closure head together with the shackles and wire ropes, the lifting and overturning operation can be realized. Through the strength check and finite element analysis of the sling, it is proved that the sling can effectively meet the needs of lifting and overturning of the closure head while ensuring safety and not damaging the workpiece.
