Abstract:Through the experiment of application COMI converter steel-making process control dust, results showed that: increasing the proportion of CO2 injection, converter dust continued to lower core loss. And the research on converter dust collected on-site test showed: the overall amount of converter dust continue to trend lower in the process, TFe content had the larger fluctuation.
Combination of the above-mentioned research, this paper proposed application of COMI steel-making process to control the generation of converter dust divided-period, which provides a reference for the industry implementation of the COMI steel-making process.
