Abstract:In order to explore the potential of the energy saving,basing the e-p method,the diagnostic model about energy consumption bottleneck was established. Applying the diagnostic model into the Xingtai Iron and Steel Corp., Ltd., the energy consumption of crude steel was decomposed including the strength of energy consumption and product fabric. Through analysing of energy consumption bottleneck about the main production flow, all production department and all unit process, the influencing factor of energy consumption of crude steel was defined, and the direction of energy-saving work was pointed out.
