Abstract:he serial bellless top with two coaxial vertical was adopted on 1750 m3 BF of Ji’nan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.. In order to ensure the stable operation of blast furnace and establish operational manual, a model of burden distribution was developed and verified in practice. Based on the principle of steadiness and the theory of coke terrace, a reasonable orecoke ratio can be established. Once coke terrace has been determined, ore distribution matrix can be regulated. In this way, the burden distribution matrix was optimized and the operation of BF was improved. The operational indexes have been improved continuously.
