Abstract:The influence of F,K,Na on start temperature and initial product of solid phase reaction in high basicity sinter was studied by means of differential thermal analysis(DTA) and Xray diffraction(XRD). The results show that F,K,Na in burden accelerated the formation of low melting compounds such as sodium silicate, sodium ferrite, cuspidine. SiO2 started reaction with Na2O to form sodium silicate at 702 ℃, Fe2O3 started reaction with Na2O to form sodium ferrite at 780 ℃, and cuspidine started to be formed from CaO,SiO2 and CaF2 at 900 ℃.The behavior of F,K,Na during solid phase reaction of sintering process was clarified.
