Abstract:The technology applied to production facilities, automatic control as well as environment protection and energy saving at Shouqin BF No1 reached to a higher level. After realizing the designed capacity of blast furnace the quality of primary materials containing Fe and fuel are improved constantly, technology innovation and improvement have been adopted to solve the production problems caused by BF process. The capability and performance of the blast furnace have been optimized constantly. The fuel rate is less than 492 kg/t; however, rate of pulverized coal injection is over 180 kg/t. So the performance of Shouqin BF No1 is in the leading position at similar size BF in China.
