连续退火线上带钢横向压缩应力分布的有限元仿真

Finite Element Simulation of Transverse Compressive Stress Distribution in Strip During Continuous Annealing Process
摘要 摘 要:本文采用Ansys有限元软件对连续退火/热镀锌机组上带钢稳定通板进行了系统的研究。文中系统分析了横向压缩应力的产生机制,阐明了“向心力”的来源,并研究了其随着各种参数的变化规律,并进一步研究了带钢张力、炉辊凸度、平台区长度等对带钢传输过程中横向压缩应力分布的影响规律,预测了带钢发生瓢曲的可能性。仿真所得出的一系列结论为实际生产中辊形的设计与选择提供了理论依据,以便更有效的控制跑偏和瓢曲的产生,解决生产中的实际问题。
Abstract :ABSTRACT:In this paper, strip pass technique on continuous annealing/hot galvanizing line (CAL/CGL) was systemic studied by using the finite element analysis software (ANSYS). In this paper, it put forward the mechanism of transverse compressive stress, dedicated the origin of “centripetal force” and the probability to trigger strip buckling with the variability of correlative roll factors. The results from finite element model revealed the influence of strip tension, roll crown, roll flat part on the transverse compressive stress during the strip conveying. Furthermore, Conclusions obtained from simulations provide academic guidance for roll design and selection in practice, which will have a better control of misguiding and buckling, can solve practical problems in production.
