影响中厚板探伤合格率的因素分析

Practice of improving the conformity ratio of detected plate
摘要 通过对探伤不合格钢板进行数理统计分析以及对探伤不合格钢板取样分析,找出存在的问题,对精炼、连铸、轧钢等工序进行优化,对头坯、尾坯、钢板轧制压缩比进行分类管理;通过实施以上改进措施,2009年中厚板卷厂钢板平均合格率达到98.26%;2010年一季度探伤合格率进一步提高到99.58%,达到国际一流水平。
Abstract :The problems were found by using mathematical statistics and sampling analyzing on the fault detection disqualification plates. Refining、casting、rolling process were optimized, the first slab、 the last slab、the rolling reduction were sorted managed .Then the yield of wide plate/coil plant arrived to 98.26% at 2009 with the help of above methods . The fault detection yield arrived to 99.58% and world-class of the first season of 2010 . Keywords:Fault detection; Yield; Technology; Optimize
