Abstract:Taking the six kinds of iron ores from Australia,Brazil,India,South Africa and China as the objects, The chemical compositions, size distribution, the pattern and porosity of the selected iron ores were investigated respectively, whose high temperature sintering characteristics such as assimilability, fluidity of liquid phase,self-intensity of adhere phase,calcium ferrite generated characteristics were evaluated and analyzed. And then six schemes of iron ore blending were presented and characteristic of mixed ore were researched on the basis of the complementary action of assimilation. Through sinter pot test, the better sintering economic and technical norms were obtained.
