Application of Hot-Rolled Strip Profile Correction Model

Abstract:For the accurate forecast of realizing hot-rolled strip crown and local high point, the hot-rolled strip profile correction model was established from the angle of mill bearing roller gap impression effect on strip profile, based on considering the many factors of model, impression and inheritance, and the influence of strip thickness and pressure ratio on correction coefficient were quantitatively analyzed. The accuracy of mathematic model was verified by production experiment, which ccould not only improve the calculation precision of the strip profile simulation system, but also provide the important technical support for controlling of hot-rolled strip profile. Then it would be used in the production experience of 1 580 mm seven-stand hot rolling mill of Ansteel, and achieved good use effect.
