Promoting technical progress of iron and steel industry with a new mode of collaborative innovation

Abstract:Deepening the collaborative innovation is the inevitable requirement to promote the technical progress of iron and steel industry. A new mode in collaborative innovation cooperation is urgent to be built to overcome the problems in university-industry cooperation,such as short term act,project diffused,joint force unformed between school and enterprise,team scattered,and so on. In order to achieve the collaborative goals of stable long-term cooperation,focusing on key common issues,school enterprise cooperation,disciplinary crossing and integration,HBIS Group has actively explored a new mode of collaborative innovation. In accordance with the national vital demands and the reality of enterprises,HBIS Group has set up a platform of collaborative innovation,which converge the research groups to solve the urgent needs of enterprises. For the production line,targeted reforms are adopted to promote the integration technology innovation and product structure adjustment of process-equipment-product. For the requirements of green environmental protection,low carbon and emission reduction development and intelligent preparation in iron and steel industry,enterprises and schools jointly undertake national major projects,increase efforts to promote the major breakthrough in key technologies and lead industry technology innovation. In addition,based on the long-term development of the nation and industry,in view of the national great strategic demand and development tendency,aiming at the forefront direction and long-term goals of industry,converging the advantage of schools and enterprise and actively exploring frontier and major technologies to realize the sustainable and coordinated development of industry.
