摘要

研究了热轧板晶粒尺寸对无取向硅钢织构、成品晶粒尺寸、铁损和磁感的影响。结果表明,随着热轧板晶粒尺寸的增加,成品晶粒尺寸增加、高斯织构组分{110}〈100〉增强、γ纤维织构组分减弱,导致铁损显著降低、磁感显著提高。

Abstract

The effects of grain size in hot rolled band on texture, grain size of final product, iron loss and magnetic properties of nonoriented silicon steel were investigated. With the increase of grain size in hot rolled band, the grain size of final product increases, the intensity of texture {110}<110> increases, and the γfibre texture decreases. Due to the above mentioned effects, the iron loss decreases, and the magnetic induction increases significantly.
