摘要

针对高炉布料溜槽对耐磨损、抗高温性的要求,对其结构设计与使用材料的选择进行了探讨,从抗烧、抗磨损以及应力消除等方面,研究了设计同步寿命长效布料溜槽的原则与方法。并设计制造了一种将料磨料结构与耐磨衬板叠装结构有机结合的抗磨损布料溜槽,实践表明,研制的布料溜槽使用寿命可提高到原来的3倍以上。

Abstract

In order to increase abrasion resistance and hightemperature resistance of blast furnace(BF) distribution chute, the design and suitable materials were discussed. Based on the requirements of heat resistance, abrasion resistance and stress elimination, the principles and methods of designing long service life chute were studied. An abrasion resistant distribution chute besed on a combined design of milling materiels by themselves and overlapping wearable plates was developed.Practice showed that, the service life of this distribution chute is two times longer than that of original chute.
