摘要

为进一步降低炼钢成本,利用转炉煤气,改善离线钢包烘烤质量,开发了自身蓄热调温烧嘴,烧嘴的调节比可达1∶10,钢包内温度在200 ℃~1200 ℃可调。该烧嘴的成功应用,降低了生产成本,减少了环境污染。

Abstract

To further reduce the cost of steelmaking, and improve the quality of offline ladle preheating on converter gas, Jinan Iron and Steel Group Company developed the temperatureregulative and selfregenerative burner for offline ladle preheating system in No.1 steelmaking plant success fully. The regulating ratio of the burner is up to 1∶10 and the ladle temperature can be regulated from 200 ℃ to 1200 ℃. The operation result shows that the cost was reduced, and the pollution was decreased.
