摘要

研究了钢包中心底吹和偏心底吹时熔池中的气泡运动行为,并对其进行了分析。对于中心底吹,气泡垂直上升;对于偏心底吹,气泡流有向钢包中心偏移的现象,其偏移程度与底吹气量和底吹位置有关,在实验室设计的气量下气泡偏移量随着气量的增加而增加,在现场可考虑的底吹位置范围内,气泡偏移量随着底吹位置偏心程度增加而增加。冶金工业生产中CAS钢包精炼中气泡偏移现象严重影响了浸渍罩寿命和CAS精炼的效果,针对气泡偏移的事实,为了提高CAS精炼效果和浸渍罩的寿命,提出CAS精炼工艺中浸渍罩放入位置应向钢包中心偏移,偏移程度应根据实际情况而定。

Abstract

The behavior of gasbubbles in the ladles with centric and eccentric locatednozzles was studied. In the ladle with centric locatednozzle bubbles rise vertically.For the ladle with eccentric locatednozzle at small flow rate, bubbles rise vertically. When the flow rate increases to certain value,the bubbles offset to the center of ladle. The offset depends on the flow rate and the position of nozzle.Such offsetting is harmful to CAS refining and life of soaking pipe.It is suggested that the soaking pipe should be located towards to the center of ladle.
