Abstract:The removal of phosphorus consists of the oxidation of phosphorus and the solidification of phosphorus. Oxidizing dephosphorization requires steel slag with high slag content,high basicity and high oxidizing capacity. However,in the aspect of phosphorus fixation, he lower[FetO]n slag is beneficial to the stable existence of solid phase C2S(2CaO·SiO2). In the low basicity conditions,and the control of the lance,oxygen supply intensity,control of FeO in the late period of the blowing. Found by slag phase analysis that slag with[R=3.1,][w((FeO))=13.9%]solid phase C2S phosphorus ratio was significantly higher than that of slag with[R=4.0]and[w((FeO))=19.7%]in solid phase phosphorus slag ratio,the average[w((P2O5))=2.5%]and the former the part of the furnace slag,[w((P2O5))]can reach 3.55%,higher than the average 2.22% of the latter. Through the use of low basicity,low oxidation slag,the steel consumption is lower than that of conventional smelting process.
