Abstract:By the large finite element simulating software, DEFORM, the bending-head of plate slab for hot rough rolling has been analyzed in multi-technological conditions, the influencing factors and their relations to the bending-head has been expressed, and the regression analysis of calculation results has been carried out. The results show that: when the press-down ratio is smaller, the rolls speed difference has the most strongest contribution to the bending-head of slab, the bending-head increases as the rolls speed difference抯 increasing, and others influence can be removed by adjusting the rolls speed difference; when the reduction ratio in pass is oversize, adjusting the rolls speed difference is invalid and must adjust the reduction in pass to control the slab’s bending-head.
