Abstract:The new kind of steel for high tensile mining strength round chain of grade C in large specific,low carbon martensitic steel alloyingredients with Mn and Mo, has been developed according to the manufacturer process of round chain for mining. The continue cooling curve of the experimental steel and the mechanical properties of experimental steel after different heat treatment processes were determined. On this basis,the two kind of round chains in 26×92和30×108 were produced by experimental steels in industrial production line, and the results shown that the excellent mechanical properties over the specification in GB12718-2001 and good production processing property were characterized by the round chain products made by experimental steel. Compared with 23MnCrNiMo54, this new material have excellent ratio of property and price, and is anticipated to actual production of round chain in industrial scale.
