Abstract:SPCC plates produced in Handan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. were used as tested materials to investigate industrial batch annealing process of refrigerator side plate. First, the plates were heated and cooled with furnace, held at different experimental temperature for 2 h in the laboratory, the recrystallization temperature and grain size of ferrite were measured. The contribution of fine grain strengthening on the yield strength was calculated. Secondly, according to laboratory experimental results, three schemes for industrial batch annealing were given. After the batch annealing, the cold point and hot point microstructure of the coil was observed, the grain size of ferrite and mechanical properties of coil were measured. The batch annealing process of refrigerator side plate was presented finally.
