Abstract:Testing evaluation method is the most commonly used basic test method in the laboratory. The accuracy of the evaluation results has a great reference value to study material characteristics and evaluate the product conformity. It can be implemented in three different approaches, including nominal level, ordinal level and metric level. Then through further analysis and evaluation in the uncertainty of physical detection, chemical detection and nondestructive examination (NDE), the different results of combined uncertainty evaluation in different testing methods can be obtained. The accuracy of measurement results often has a direct influence on the economic interests of enterprises, and even affects the safety and health of staffs. Therefore, the study has a great significance for the uncertainty assessment of laboratory testing evaluation method at domestic and overseas.
