Measurement on Thermal Physical Properties of Steam Generator Tubing Materials Inconel 690 Alloy
In order to obtain the thermal physical properties of steam generator tubing materials Inconel 690 alloy made in China , the thermal coefficient of expansion, specific heat, thermal diffusivity, thermal conductivity, elasticity modulus and poisson’s ratio of 690 alloy were measured and analyzed. The results show that the average thermal coefficient of expansion of 690 alloys are about 11.97×10-6 /℃ in the range of 100-350 ℃. The trends of thermal coefficient of expansion, specific heat, thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity of 690 alloys increase with temperature increasing. However, elasticity modulus and poisson’s ratio of 690 alloys decrease with temperature increasing. Function relation between the thermal coefficient of expansion, thermal diffusivity, thermal conductivity, elasticity modulus and poisson’s ratio of 690 alloys with temperature are established below 350 ℃ by the least square fit method.

Annealing Temperature and Composition Optimization of Hot Dip Galvanizing 600 MPa Dual Phase Steel
When the hot dip galvanizing 600 MPa dual phase steel were industrial trial production, the effect of the microstructure and mechanical properties with different annealing temperatures (800,820,840 ℃) had been analyzed, and then annealing temperature and composition had been optimized. The results show that the main microstructure is comprised of ferrite and martensite, the area fraction of martensite is 8%-12%, the content of martensite decreases and the grain size increases as the annealing temperature increasing. When the annealing temperature is 840 ℃, there is a little pearlite . The mechanical properties can meet the performance requirements, but the strength is high. The yield strength and tensile strength decrease as the annealing temperature increasing, elongation and yield strength ratio had little influence. Hot dip galvanizing 600 MPa dual phase steel has been successfully and stably produced in bulk with fine-tuned compositions and annealing temperature of 800-810 ℃. The performance of mean is: yield strength 360 MPa, tension strength 630 MPa, elongation 26%, yield strength ratio 0.57.

Effect of Chromium Content on Oxidation Resistance of GH648 Alloy
With the method of standard non-continuous weighing, the effect of a little variation of Cr content on the performance of high temperature oxidation of nickel-based superalloy GH648 was discussed, increment of oxidation weight at 700-1 200 ℃ was determined, and the law of corrosion dynamics and energy of reaction activation were confirmed, the influence of temperature changing on morphology of oxidation film was observed. The results shows that GH648 alloy in oxidation temperature under 900 ℃, belongs to antioxidant level complete. When the Cr mass fraction in the alloy is more than 32%, Cr content slight increasing does not much affect oxidation resistance of GH648 alloy.

Discussion on Alloy Composition Design and Heat Treatment Process of 10%Cr-W Ferritic Heat-Resistant Steel
Based on research of T91,T92 and other high chromium ferritic heat-resistanting steel, the alloy composition of the 10%Cr-W ferritic heat-resistant steel has been optimized by decreasing carbon content, increasing chromium content and introducing cobalt component. The pipe was made up by melting, forging and hot forming. Furthermore, the best 10%Cr-W ferritic heat-resistant steel heat treament process was confirmed by the discussion on the heat treament process. The optimized austenitizing temperature is 1 100-1 150 ℃ and tempering temperature is 750-780 ℃. The microstructure is comprised of δ-ferrite and tempered martensite, the area fraction of δ-ferrite is 6%. The performance test results show that strength of 10%Cr-W ferritic heat-resistant steel in normal and high temperature is higher than that of the T91 steel.

Cause Analysis and Mechanism Discussion?of Coil Oval Deformation During the Production of Strapping Steel
The hot rolling coil oval deformation defect of steel strapping 72AU2 was frequently produced in the actual production, which influenced the normal production of downstream. The mechanism of the strapping steel 72AU2 coil oval deformation was discussed by thermal expansion simulation experiments for the phase transformation process of strapping steel coil oval deformation. The results show that bainitic transformation was induced because of the low phase transformation temperature after the low temperature coiling process, resulting in larger thermal expansion amount of the coil outer ring which could not be compensated by the air cooling effect in nature environment , causing the coil layers to become loosened ?and then coil oval deformation was produced under the effect of self-weigh. Basing on the mechanism research, several suggestions were given for inhibitsing coil oval deformation, such as improving coiling temperature to 650 ℃, extending the residence time on reel, controling coil phase transformation in the high temperature, formation of ferrite and pearlite to reduce expansion, expanding temperature difference of steel coil outer ring and environment to enhance cooling effect.
