Study of Rolling Force Model of XH Rolling HBeam

Abstract: The rolling force of XH rolling Hbeam was analyzed.Multilinear regression analysis was adopted to establish model of Hbeam rolling force on the basis of R.B.Sims formula. Programming was used to determine the coefficients of mathematical model.The coefficients for some varieties of Hbeam were obtained.The predicted values were compared with the measured ones and it was shown that the relative deviation of predicted from measured was less than 6%.Therefore, the model is useful.
