Abstract:The hot torsion ductility of 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N was studied.The result showed that with proper control of steel composition and at proper torsion temperature,00Cr22Ni5Mo3N is quite ductile with a deformation resistance lower than that of 1Cr18Ni9Ti. According to the test result, the technology of piercing was developed and 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N large size seamless pipes were produced in trial.
