Effect of Deviation of Vertical Roller on Head Deformation of HBeam

摘要 在相同来料尺寸和轧制规程的条件下, 通过分析 H 型钢腹板变形区和翼缘变形区的空间几何关系,获得了水平辊和轧件先接触时立辊轴线的偏移量。利用有限元方法建立了立辊偏移前后 H 型钢轧制的有限元模型,研究了立辊轴线偏移时H型钢头部位移场和力能参数的变化规律。结果表明:通过偏移立辊轴线的方法可降低 H 型钢头部“舌头”的长度,从而降低了切头损失,同时也提高了轧件咬入的稳定性。研究结果为现有万能式 H 型钢轧机的改造提供理论上的参考。
Abstract:n order to analyze the effect of deviation of vertical roller on head deformation zone of HBeam and force parameters,the deviation of vertical roller at early contact with rolling pieces was gained through geometrical space relation of deformation zone of flange and web. The finite element model of Hbeam rolling with and without deviation of vertical roller was established. The HBeam head displacement field and rolling force parameters were studied in detail. Calculation results showed that the method of deviating axis of vertical roller can reduce the length of “tongue” of HBeam head, and reduce the loss of crop end. At the meantime, it can increase the stability of biting. The results provided the theoretical reference for revamping of existing universal HBeam rolling mill.
