Practical Method of Precise Prediction on 2030 Skin Mill

Abstract:During skin rolling, the plastic deformation of strip is small, so the error of prediction with equal deformation in the high direction is large. Based on the combined control objective function for shape and mechanical properties, the mechanical properties and the shape are controlled simultaneously. By rational rolling pressure setting, the accuracy of both the elongation and shape is assured. The prediction accuracy on skin pass mill can be guaranteed by the method of contact surface boundary.
