Abstract:Nonchromate insulating coating on the nonoriented electrical was fabricated by the coating unit using the nonchromate insulating paint as raw material. The surface topography, composition and thickness of the nonchromate insulating coating were investigated by using SEM, energy dispersion spectrum (EDS) and glow discharge spectrometry (GDS). The interlamination resistance of the coating is about 800 Ω·mm2 per piece for insuring good insulating property by adjusting the roller pressure and the tensile force of SF section. The coating is accorded with the environmentally friendly requirement of the RoHS dictate. The integrated performance of the coating can meet the applied requirements of the nonoriented electrical.
