Abstract:Through the measurement uncertainty analyses of red/white color coated plate with the specification of 0.6 mm×1 000 mm, various influencing factors on the measurement uncertainty of coating thickness were determined. The measurement uncertainty of coating thickness was evaluated in detail by means of DJH thickness gauge. The results showed that the measurement level of personnel had great effect on the calculation results of combined uncertainty, and the calibration of instruments also had certain influence on the calculation results of combined uncertainty. The evaluation results could provide theoretical reference for the accuracy of laboratory routine testing.
