Analysis of Tertiary Scale with Different Hot Rolling Processes Parameters
Abstract: The numerical simulation of tertiary scale formation was carried out with different initial rolling temperatures、finish rolling temperatures and coiling temperatures. The results showed that the proportion of Fe2O3 and Fe3O4 dropped and the growth rate of FeO were large with initial rolling temperature and finish rolling temperature raising. The hysteresis phenomenon of oxide scale decomposition is universal in practical production. The most eutectoid structure would be obtained at 350-500℃, with this temperature was “nose” temperature. One of the effective methods to control proeutectoid and eutectoid transformations were rapid cooling from high temperature region to “nose” temperature and slow cooling from “nose” temperature to room temperature in practical production. The amount of FeO was large because the coiling temperature was above the “nose” temperature, and this kind of oxide scale was beneficial to pickling. With the coiling temperature was “nose” temperature, the amount of Fe3O4 was large. There were two thoughts of controlling hot rolling oxide scale.

Revealing techniques for austenite grain boundary in RE steel
In this thesis, The author made the basic principle of chemical corrosion, With the aid of a water-heater controllable in both temperature and time, various chemical etching methods were investigated to reveal austenite grain boundaries in Micro-alloy steel containing rare earth under different heat-treatment processes. The results show that the chemical etching method using 70mL distilled water, 2.5g of picric acid and and one drop of Xylene and one drop of hydrochloric acid and one drop of Hydrofluoric acid and a bit of Seagull brand paste shampoo and very little Copper chloride,can clearly reveal the austenite grain boundary, and a satisfactory result obtained.

Discussion of the effect of tensile control model and tensile rate on strain hardening exponent (n-value)
The effect of different tensile control model on strain hardening exponent(n-value) was analyzed on the basis of Hollomon formula. The effect of tensile rate on n-value was also discussed by simple tensile test. It is indicated that from the study: 1)the strain hardening exponent is not a constant but a variable being relevant with the control model; 2) Since plastic deformation of polycrystalline metal is time-dependent, the n-value decreases with increasing the tensile rate . 3) It is suggested to use the strain rate control model at tensile step of uniform plastic deformation. As the tensile test is static loading test, it’s more close to the true value for low tensile rate.

Research of High temperature Mechanical Properties about Q345E Steel Billet
High temperature Mechanical properties of Q345E steel billet were tested on gleeble 3800 and deformed fracture mechanism was analysed by observing fracture morphology of the samples . The test results indicate that the brittle temperature zone of Q345E steel billet is 750℃~900℃ in the region of 600℃ to 1300℃,and the plastic temperature zone is 950℃~1300℃.The results will provide theory data for the production of Q345E steel billet.

Study on the effect of alloy component on mechanical performance of High Manganese
The means of regression analysis was used in this paper. The effect of Mn,Al,Fe,Ni on mechanical performance of ZCuAl8Mn14Fe3Ni2 was discussed. Better obdurability can be obtained when Al equivalent is 10.2%~10.6%. Al is 7.8%~8.3%.Mn is 13.7%~14.3%.Fe is 3.0%~3.6%. Ni is 2.0%~2.5%.

Composites Hot-Mold Temperature and Pressure Group Control System Based on Wireless and 485
This thesis discussed the composites hot-mold temperature and pressure group control system based on STC microcontroller and multi-temperature monitor. To achieve the group control of the multi-signals, we use the 485 bus to collect pressure data and the wireless module to transmit the pressure and temperature data. We use simulation of serial technology to expand the STC serial port. To reduce the multi-point data acquisition cycle, we use transit stations to achieve the parallel data collection. The parameters control of the blade production process is strengthened by the application of this system.

The Study of On-line Measuring the Moisture of Coking Coal Using Microwave Moisture Analyzer
The moisture of charging coal is an important index for the coking plant, and it is closely related to the heating operation of coking oven. Moisture-measuring by Manual sampling takes longer time and just gives several values during a day. The new style microwave moisture analyzer is able to give out correct and real-time moisture of charging coal, and the equipment can run steadily without maintaining. The Content of the Standard GB/T 24171-2009 for FLC Determination and its Application
The new standard GB/T 24171-2009 for FLC determination is divided into two parts, par 1 GB/T 24171.1-2009 and part 2 GB/T 24171.2-2009. the contents of part 1 are almost same with the conventional FLC determination method, which can be applied by most of the forming laboratories, part 2 introduces a more accurate FLC determination method, which can only be applied by a few forming laboratories for the moment. In this paper, the specimen, test devices, test conditions and strain analysis in part 2 are researched based on experiments, some advices are also brought out for the application of the new standard.

Failure Analysis during Heat Treatment for Large Shape Die Steel
The cause of crack occurring during heat treatment for die steel is determined by several experiments, such as fracture surface analysis、macroscopic examination、metallographic analysis and simulated manual fracture surface observation. It is inferred that the large size crack is formed during quenching and is induced to propagate by the white spot defect and super size inclusion that exist in the steel before the heat treatment. The steel with crack and defect is still processed by heat treatment and put outside for a long time that damage the initial fracture surface a lot, which cause some difficult to do the failure analysis. A manual fracture surface have been processed in similar heat treatment system, and then its morphological analysis is compared with steel fracture surface to determine the deferent terms when white spot and large size crack are formed. This experimental method can be applied to some failure analysis for the work-piece whose fracture surface is damaged by high temperature.
