Abstract:Through industrial test of steel makingCSPcold rolling of DQ steel in small batch, the influence of technical parameters of each process on the mechanical properties of DQ products was studied. The results show that,the similar chemical composition of conventional hot rolled DQ steel could be accepted for CSP cold rolled DQ steel,CSP can adopt suitable parameters effectively reduce the precipitation of ALN; and the mechanical properties of DQ steel can be enhanced ly in creasing cold rolling reduction rate,lowering annealing heating speed and reducing elongation rate of skin pass rolling.Such DQ products can be widely used for automobile industry.
