Abstract:For the purpose of rational burden design, optimization of burden design, which have such advantages as steady of furnace condition, improvement of productivity with good technical and economic target and low cost, is one of important techniques for BF ironmaking process. Through adjusting burden design which can not only optimize the burden design, but also improve the performance of sinter and adopting the rational technical operation, the good technical and economic effect was obtained under steady furnace conditions. And reduction cost of charge was helpful to decrease the cost of hot metal. The cost of charge was decreased from 861.51 RMB/t to 846.82 RMB/t month by month.
