Study on the influencing factors of Tube-Ring-Expanding Test
Metallic materials-Tube-Ring-Expanding Test is a very important method which is used to reveal defects both on the surfaces and within the tube wall by expanding the test piece using a conical mandrel until fracture occurs. It may be also used to assess the ability of tubes to undergo plastic deformation. This method now has been widely used in various metallic tubes. The influence of material and force loading times towards degree of expansion and destroy force was discussed in this paper. This research prepare for the future formulation of Metallic materials-Tube-Ring-Expanding Test national standards.

The thermal filed distribution of H-beam in the controlled cooing process has been obtained by finite element method. And the rolling force in the rolling process is also obtained. They are fit well with the experimental static. Finally we get the curve of average temperatures in different positions versus time.

Characterization of Microstructure of Super Duplex Stainless Steel 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N after Solution Treatment
Effect of solution-treated temperature at 950~1300℃ on microstructure of steel 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N has been studied. The results showed that as solution temperature ≤1000℃, the σ-phase precipitated in steel, in order to eliminating σ-phase of hot rolling steel, solution temperature must be up to 1050℃; With the increasing of solution temperature, α-phase content increased and γ-phase content decreased, the optimum solution temperature was 1050℃~1100℃; The grain size of α and γ-phase rapidly grew up when solution temperature was up to 1250℃.

Application on railway aluminum alloy welding via welding robot
Compared double-wire with single-wire welding robot from facet of welding efficiency, weld quality and weld mechanical property. As far as welding 4V weld was concerned, the efficiency of double-wire welding was 100% more than single-wire, welding input reduced for 18%, amount of shielding gas saved for 33%, and strength was improved for 10~15MPa. So double-wire welding is suitable for welding long and straight weld in railway field. On the other hand, double-wire welding robot required higher level for operator and equipment, so it is not employed universally, and it takes a long process for double-wire welding to replace single-wire welding.

Separateness of High-frequency Signal of Crushing Curve for Pellet and Ascertainment of Optimal Point of Crushing with Wavelet 1-D
Abstract By use of wavelet 1-D of wavelet boxes, the noise of crushing-time curve is separated during crushing of pellet, and the parts of high frequency is picked up. After comparing the swing of parts of high frequency with original crushing curve and analyzing curve chart of crushing-time for pellet, the original crushing of maximal swing of high frequency is optimal point of crushing.

Introduced one method consisting of four-probe means, electric current exchanging technology, and dynamic measurement. obtained the metrical data through this method and carried on appropriate processing, may reasonably counter-balance the influence which came from heat electric potential, and could complete well the precision measuring about resistance characteristic of the high temperature superconductor.

Analysis of difference in impact energy of Charpy notch impact test for Q345B hot-rolled steel strip
The difference in impact energy of Q345B hot-rolled steel strip was explored by macro-morphology, chemical composition, microstructure, scanning electron microscopy and spectroscopy analysis. The results show that: there is a big gap between the Ak values of this two block steel bands, the basically reasons are the diverse chemistry component of steel bands and the different nonmetal lards and their microstructures.

A New Type of Bi-Directional Excitation Electric Dynamic Servo-control Triaxial Test Machine
Abstract: The article describes a new type of bi-directional excitation electric dynamic servo-control triaxial test machine, built-in diving- pressure compensation axial load sell, reducing the effects of friction, improved measurement accuracy. All digital electro-hydraulic servo control system may solve a problem which soil test process control response. When the volume deformation measuring equipment and electrical compensation system were fitted, the equipment can test for unsaturated soil. The programme of different diameter specimen electric auto-compensation can overcome the elements of the complex interaction of the problem in the soil triaxial test. Analysis on Low Mechanical Properties of Hot Rolled Ribbed Bars(HRB400)
Aimed for the low mechanical properties of hot rolled ribbed bars, such methods as chemical composition, macrostructure,SEM of fracture, slag inclusions analysis were used for product analysis.The results showed that large size in microstructure, serious ferrite network, large inclusions in Base metals, the strengthening effect of vanadium did not give full play etc. were the main reasons which leaded to the low mechanical properties of hot rolled ribbed bars.According to the analysis results,technological improvements were taken,and the phenomenon of the low mechanical properties of ribbed bars was eliminated.

Analysis and Study on Defect of Medium Plate by Flaw Detection
Metallographic examination, SEM and fracture analysis were used to analyse the unqualified medium plate by flaw detection. The results showed that MnS inclusion, crack in center line and bubble were the factors caused the unqualified medium plate. Meanwhile,abnormal structure in the center of medium plate was detected and it increased the brittleness of steel and extended the range of defects during rolling process.

THE ANALYSIS OF CRACKS ON THE FORM SPRING COIL
Cracks on the disc spring parts and raw materials, using metallographic examination, chemical analysis, hardness testing, scanning electron microscope by means of a comprehensive analysis of results showed that: raw materials, sulfides are more processed into disc spring, after the formation of many defects in its surface , phosphating, pickling after the defects generated at hydrogen corrosion, cracks generated when the force a long time.

The contraction of the sub-section of 45 # round steel for mechanical tensile testing, spectrum analysis and sample high-powered organizational structure and the internal fracture of a comprehensive analysis that the hydrogen content within the steel is caused by too much the main reason for this phenomenon . The casual analysis of the crackling of convertor dust elimination cooling pipe
Adopting macro-test, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy examination and other methods for analyzing the causes of converter dedusting water-cooled tube cracking. The results indicated that: due to thermal stress corrosion, one side with flue gas and the other side became large temperature difference, so that the thermal stress which water-cooled pipes was given increases, cooling water corrosion led to the internal wall of one side with flue gas have many tiny micro-cracks and scallops , in the environment of periodic work, ultimately fatigue crack further deepen through the wall.

Crack analysis of 40Cr shifting fork
Chemical composition Analysis,metallurgical analysis and other method were used to analyze the crack fault of 40Cr sliding fork. The results showed that heating temperature of workpiece was on the low side, and that transition arc angle of undercut moulding in this area in design ,which lead to blend moving of Metal Streamline ,were the major reason of causing dopplung fault.
